Orders & Confirmation
Orders placed through our website will be confirmed via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible, depending on the order stage.
Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made through the approved methods indicated at checkout.
Delivery & Logistics
We ensure timely and hygienic delivery using temperature-controlled vehicles. Delivery timelines depend on the order size, location, and product availability. Southern Harvest is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather or transportation issues.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If an item is found damaged or not as described, customers must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with supporting images for review and possible replacement.
