Southern Harvest is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce directly from farm to your kitchen. We ensure every order is handled with care, packed hygienically, and transported under temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness and safety.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Sri Lanka, including key hotel, resort, and restaurant regions. Delivery availability to your area will be confirmed at the time of order. For special or bulk orders outside standard delivery zones, arrangements can be made upon request.
Delivery Schedule
Standard Orders: Delivered within 24 hours of harvest to ensure peak freshness.
Same-Day Orders: Available for select areas and products when placed before the daily cutoff time.
Pre-Orders & Bulk Deliveries: Scheduled in advance in coordination with your procurement team.
Delivery Conditions
All deliveries are made using temperature-controlled and hygienic vehicles.
Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
A representative must be available to receive the order upon delivery.
Southern Harvest is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road closures, transport issues, etc.).
Order Tracking & Communication
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery update via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with expected delivery times and driver contact details where applicable.
Handling After Delivery
To maintain product quality, all fresh produce should be stored under recommended conditions immediately upon receipt. Southern Harvest cannot be held responsible for deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees may vary depending on location, order volume, and delivery frequency. For long-term contracts and regular clients, customized delivery schedules and pricing are available.
