Refund & Replacement Policy

Overview

    At Southern Harvest, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality, farm-fresh produce. Each item is handpicked, packed, and transported under strict hygiene and temperature control standards to ensure quality.

    Eligibility for Replacement

      As our products are perishable, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you receive items that are damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we are happy to provide a replacement under the following conditions:

      You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

      Please provide a clear photo of the item and your order reference number.

      The item must be unused and in its original packaging where possible.

      Non-Returnable Items

        Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered, opened, or stored improperly.

        Replacement Process

          Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged within the next delivery cycle. In cases where replacement is not possible, an equivalent product or store credit may be offered.

          Cancellations

            Orders can only be canceled before confirmation or dispatch. Once your order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our goods.
